On this episode, I interview my friend Deanna Lee - a hairstylist, reiki practitioner, and quantum hypnotist. She breaks down everything there is to know about the two modalities, the ways in which they can both be used as tools for achieving higher frequencies, and how these practices have crossed over into her career as a stylist.
As someone who is always looking for new ways to support my own healing journey, I find myself especially curious about the less conventional modalities. I feel that as a society we are starting to wake up to the fact that western AND eastern medicine can be combined to create sustainable change in our minds, bodies, and souls.
In this episode I interview Angela Alfieri, an integrative health specialist with over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry. As someone who has sat for many ayahuasca ceremonies, she answers allllll my burning questions about the origin of the medicine as well as her personal transformative experiences with it.
This is not meant to be taken as medical advice, my goal here is to spread quality information and insight to those who may be curious on this "taboo" topic!!
We're so quick to share our highlights, but what about the other stuff? In this quickie solo episode I share a recent break through experience.
What is a false guru anyways? Allison and I dive into how to identify one as well as other key red flags to look out for when selecting education or a mentor.
Join Heather and I for a couch convo as we share some opinions and experiences on the dark side of mentorship / education and discuss what the hell is going on with social media
(this is my 3rd time uploading this because I had errors with my music - and I kinda wanna scream!!!!)
