Undeniable Proof That You Need a Meeting Agenda

👋 Hey Purpose Talkers,

You may think that you can wing it and put a meeting together on the fly, but I haven’t seen that work well, and it ends up being a meeting to plan the next meeting. That is exhausting causes an aversion to group discussion. If we are praying for the Lord to help us number our days to use our time wisely (Psalm 90:12), that needs to blanket everything we do. 

Action Check List

  1. Create and delegate action items.
  2. Organize your meeting action items in one to-do list.
  3. Stay on top of the things you promised as a leader.
  4. Make sure everyone’s contact information is up to date and schedule your next meeting. (depending on the type)

    5. I pray this podcast and the benefit of creating an agenda will improve your relationship and communication. Having clear intentions and goals will grow your ministry in a powerful way.
