Tash, the 'fairy founder' of Nourish'd Café and Juicery is an advocate of all things plant-based. From vegan dining to sustainable business practices, Tash is a jack of all trades when it comes to eco-conscious living. Not only is she a sassy powerhouse, businesswoman, she is also a super mom to her daughter, Mimi, and of course her pup, Marlie. Tash recently celebrated the 6th year anniversary of the opening of the original Nourish'd Café on Kloof Street, and since opening, has spread her love of vegan food to almost every corner of Cape Town. She is on the cusp of relocating the Obs store to Newlands and creating a central processing production facility/ cafe in Salt River.

She is incredibly passionate about ensuring that her business is run in a way that is earth-loving and wants to see the same for all businesses in Cape Town.
