This week, we welcome one of our newest members to the Big Fish team, Zachery Weibye, who works in the window, siding, and roofing division at the company. Before coming to Big Fish, Zachery co-owned a concrete company, as well as worked at Renewal by Anderson and Semper Fi, so he comes to us with a great wealth of knowledge. Zachery shares the ups and downs of the physical work he's done in his career, how he works with customers, and what it's been like going from working at a large corporation to joining a close-knit team. We even dig into a little bit of football. And as a forewarning, Zachery is a Vikings fan, but try not to hold that against him!

This episode is a little different and, honestly, a hard one to share. Our Big Fish Contracting family recently lost our coworker and friend, Jordan Lyons, after a sudden allergic reaction to a bee sting. It still doesn't feel real, but we wanted to take some time to honor him, share stories about who he was, and reflect on the impact he had on all of us.

Jordan was more than just part of the team; he was family. He was full of energy and completely devoted to his wife and kids. We talk about his journey here at Big Fish, the growth we watched him go through, and the joy he brought into our lives every single day.

We also open up about what it's been like to grieve while keeping life and work moving forward, and how this loss has pulled our team even closer together. We miss Jordan a lot, but his life is worth celebrating, and through this episode, we hope you get a glimpse of just how amazing he truly was.
