Be sure to drive traffic back to their your website, and mention the website in your show.

Work on a website. The classic podcast system is

1. A Self-hosted wordpress website

2. Using Libsyn, or blubrry.com for your media host (and yes you need a media host).

3. Have great looking custom artwork

4. Have an easy to navigate website.

They using podomatic for a media host (one of the worst), and their website is confusing. The website does not match the level of the podcast. You have good content, but your website needs lots of work.
