On this weekly episode, we examine why life is not meant to be fair. In fact, it never was, never is, and will it be fair. Good people will have bad things happen to them. Justice will not get all the bad people and businesses will not care more about their employees than their profit. So now what? If it was fair would you be here? Would you be in the current situation you are in? Does our ability to think feel and have emotion create a utopia world where we believe that life will be just and fair? The habit loop consists of four elements: a cue, a craving,  a response and, a reward. Understanding these elements can help in understanding how to change bad habits or form better ones. Philia (Greek) means friendship. It is what many refer to as Platonic love. It is the love that exists between friends.
