A previous guest Rebecca Bibliotheca returns to Mormon Book Reviews to co-host with me an "Under the Banner of Heaven Aftershow"! We talk about the first 2 episodes in the series "When God Was Love" and "Rightful Place". Rebecca gives great insights into growing up in an LDS household during this time period. We discuss how accurate the potrayal of Mormon culture is expressed on the program. Rebecca has many personal parallels to many of the events in the shown in the series. We also talk about many of the strengths and shortcomings of of the first 2 episodes released so far. This is a bit of an experiment and if I get good feedback on this project I plan to tape an aftershow after every episode is released. I hope to have a different guest host each week representing different perspectives within and out of the Restoration. Stay Tuned!
