Directed – The Holy Spirit will lead you in what to say, where to go, and what to do.

Galatians15: 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.

11 And when they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not be anxious about how you should defend yourself or what you should say, 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.” Luke 12

Empowered – The Holy Spirit will empower you to complete the tasks that He calls you to.

1. Longing to be filled

Blessed are those who hunger. and thirst after righteousness, for

they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” 39 Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to

receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7

2. Confess quickly

13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.” Colossians 2

3. Surrender totally

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Romans 12

4. Obedience to God leads to the empowerment of God. 5. Ask
