An audio installation created for Revoluton Arts by Lil Warren and Yvonne Gilbert with research by Susie Warren and SHANKSY.

An artistic response to the River Lea from its source in Leagrave in Bedfordshire to where it meets the Thames in Bow in East London.

Undercurrent blends oral histories, archived recordings, found sound and sound collected on location along the river. All woven together and first exhibited as part of a Lil Warren installation at Marsh Farm in Leagrave, combining audio, live sound and music with 2D and 3D art works.
