Today Jayson talks about depression and how to deal with it. The fact is, it’s different for everyone, it manifests differently and everyone deals with it differently, but appreciating what’s around you, leaving the past in the past, and taking it one step at a time, WILL help you get past whatever you are dealing with.

If you are breathing, if you’re alive today, you are batting 100% in terms of getting over your depression! If there are negative people in your life, get rid of them, if there is negativity on the TV, quit watching it. Cut what you can, it’s you versus the world, and the world isn’t going to play fair. Start working out, start praying, start therapy, whatever you have to do to become a better person, DO IT!
