Today on the show Jayons talks about where he came from, who he grew up with, and the society that tried to hold him to a standard. Jayson talks about his friends growing up and how he learned a lot from them in terms of dealing with the pressures of people around you, and overcoming them.

Make yourself two small goals every day, instead of one lofty goal for the year. That will allow you to accomplish something every single day, and when you look back on the last six months, you’ll have completed 360 goals. A lot of a little, equals a lot.
