things feel fake, i feel disconeccted from everything. Self care and self love is hard. today was a difficult day.
Finally this year has come to an end, and I am so so excited for 2021. Listen to me with some updates and my goals and healthy habits I want to obtain for the new year. New Year New Me? Right?? I hope so...
Today I sat down with Rehaan Patel, host of TeenPsychPodcasts and a childhood friend. We talk about parents, friends, and even our friendship. So glad I got to reconnect and just catch up! Sit back, relax, and listen to us awkwardly warm up to each other.
Sitting in my room on Halloween looking at everyone's stories... brings me to tears, anger, and a little bit of laughter. Listen to me brief my thoughts and figuring out what I need to do to pick myself back up on this spooky night.
And the downfall occurs yet again. This week was one for the books, as I quickly fell back into old habits. Relfecting back on this terrible terrible week- discussing overeating and its effects, as well as the shit that just happens. Picking myself up is always a hastle but me and you will get through this week- together. Forgive yourself for whatever you may have done, and let us move on and find that positive light.
Hey! Today's episode is one from two weeks ago that I finally had the opportunity to post. There are some great positive anecodtes scatterd around as I discuss some accomplishments+ regular Gen Z things. Hope you enjoy!
Hey! I have been super busy with college application, and honestly life- so here is an archived post from a couple weeks ago (basically me talking about what is new)
hey welcome back. This week episode's is me discussing my insane mental breakdown today, and honestly how emotions are REAL and ok. But always ending if off with some kind of positive anecdote. Just a girl sharing her thoughts and being real. :) As I repeat in this episode- Life is NOT a movie and sometimes all you can say is, "That Is Life"
This is me talking about my life as of right now. Enjoy.
Today's episode I sat down with executive directors Sarah Yao and Ellie Yan of ProjectCreateAfuture. A student-led nonprofit which is advocating for sustainability to help save this planet. Issues like these are important to talk about for a better mindeset and lifetstyle! To lead the life you want- become knowledgeable on topics that you might not really think about! Enjoy
