Understand Your Brainwave Frequencies

In a nutshell, there are five major brainwaves or brainwave frequencies. Beta waves (12-30Hz) are present in normal waking consciousness and are heightened during times of stress. Alpha waves (7.5-14Hz) are those of deep relaxation, visualization and the first frequency for meditation. Theta waves (4-7.5Hz) are present in deep meditation and light sleep. And the slowest, Delta brainwave frequency (0.5-4Hz) is that of deep dreamless sleep and transcendental meditation. The less recognised Gamma brainwaves are the fastest at above 40Hz and are associated with sudden insight. The optimal brainwave frequency for visualization and meditation is the Alpha-Theta Border at 7-8Hz. It opens the gateway to your subconscious mind and hence to consciously impressing Universal Mind with your desires. At this frequency of brainwaves, you can intentionally create your reality through the power of your imagination.
