The Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals handles a very unique subset of the security clearance process - denials and revocations. Aileen Xenakis-Kozlowski is a former Assistant General Counsel, Washington Headquarters Service, at the U.S. Department of Defense. She currently works as an Associate Counsel at the security clearance law firm Bigley-Ranish. She discussed clearance appeals and gave the 411 on DOHA. 

In the second half of the episode, Lindy Kyzer and Sean Bigley discuss applying for a security clearance with one of the three letter intelligence agencies - why it's more challenging than o btaining a security clearance with the Department of Defense, and how to navigate that complex process.
