Surviving a chaotic world with the sensitivities of an empath is really a difficult path.  It can be related to walking through a mine field of emotions.   An Empath is super sensitive to the emotional needs of all they encounter in the world both the invisible and the visible.  An empath can read body language,  tone of voice, body movements, the words people choose when they speak as well as many other secrets they hide from public view.  

The abilities of the empath are varied but most are of the emotional type.  Empaths are truly human "sponges" and absorb the feelings, emotions, pain, suffering of the people they encounter.  Many empaths find themselves becoming isolationists because they cannot deal with the pain they absorb by being in contact with others.  

We are going to examine some of the traits of these special people and define what most empaths deal with on a daily basis.  It is the most common "psychic" ability but also the most difficult and misunderstood.
