Does it ever end? I mean for so many leaders out there you're just trying to keep your head above water but then you have to manage all these unreasonable expectations. Right?
"Can I get a promotion? I need to be paid more. I don't feel like I belong. Can I work for home? Are we there yet..?"
Okay some of those are a bit exaggerated but with all the expectations on leaders it can feel like we are constantly letting everyone down.
