Membership is at the heart of Kaiser Permanente and is central to our mission. Without members, we cannot survive as an organization. So that is why we have such a keen focus on cultivating our members and at the same time increasing our membership.

Membership is a very in-depth subject that I plan to talk about via a series of three episodes. In this first episode, we will start off with broad strokes to give you a foundational understanding on why membership is important to Kaiser Permanente.
