In this episode, I discuss the idea of connecting all of our experiences in our life back to our past circumstances. By doing this, we are able to have a better appreciation for the good and bad moments because a silver lining reveals itself later on. I use the example of this summer as well as a struggle from years back with a close person to me to help illustrate the purpose of this episode.

Not only can we use this understanding of everything being connected as a hindsight 20/20 idea, but to appreciate the bad moments when we are going through them.
