She previously worked in marketing for music and financial services organizations, where she became passionate about addressing systemic inequality.

As the Finance & Operations Analyst at Empovia (formerly Change Catalyst), Renzo oversees the company’s finances across the planning, tracking, and evaluation stages. He also provides in-depth technical and data analysis support for research projects on diversity and inclusion.
