The Gospel is not a fiction or fable, but a true life story about the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the story of God in the flesh, demonstrating His infinite wisdom, power, glory, mercy and love for mankind. The Gospel is the love story of how God reconciled sinful and estranged men to Himself through the death of His Son, Jesus Christ. It is the story of how Christ abolished in His flesh the enmity between the holy God and sinful men (Eph. 2:11-20, Col. 1:19-23, 2 Cor. 5:18-21).
