If we operate in love we should respect those who choose to use the pronoun “he” even if the individual does not have male parts. Marshall shares his story of not being accepted with this identity on multiple occasions and how HE chooses to live his life regardless of the judgment received even from family members. Biblically the word uses “He” to refer to “God.” Here we depict how the English language is biased with the pronoun. Furthermore, “God” is a power and represents a spirit. This spirit can be called it instead of he. IT represents unconditional love, joy, peace, amongst many other things. Open your mind and RENEW it to the fact that male and female was created in ITS (A powerful spirit’s) image. Humans obtain both masculinity and femininity characteristics. A male can identify with femininity traits more than masculine and the same for a female identifying with more masculine traits.
