We are seeing that more and more males are failing at their role of being men. Why? It’s because men are confused, they have lost their sense of purpose, identity and have been misguided by their egos. Men have become poor decision makers and that is evident in our homes, our communities and our economy. How can we remedy this? Firstly it’s important to understand how men make decisions and what influences a man to make those decisions so that they can change their behavior and become better leaders.
