With experience across multiple industries, she enjoys making EHS simple so everyone can understand it and making it fun at the same time. Her other passion is the development of EHS professionals to help them find their true potential to deliver the best of the company they work for.

She is very much a people person and has an engaging and pragmatic style who gets involved in helping to change hearts and minds.

She is also a woman of a certain age who is going through the menopause and wants to share her experiences with others, especially business to raise awareness of what it is like to go through the change.
