Living in the Now engages the soul and serves as a reminder that at our core, we are spiritual beings.  Living in the Now continually reminds us that the body that encases our soul is not you. It looks like you and everyone tells you this is who you are but you need to know it is not the real you for the real you is your soul. Your soul is the part of you that has lived forever and will not die. Because this, your body, will die and and when it does, you should know without a shadow of doubt, that your soul will move to another realm, or it may reincarnate, but it will not die.  In the Now, there is no fear of death. The more your in the Now, the more that you will see that life and the physical world as we know it, is an illusion.
