I had the thought "I have to wake up earlier..." and it brought about a series of past behaviours and habits that felt a bit toxic for me. It drove me into thinking about how our thoughts are really not always good to act on right away. BUT more importantly to identify what outcome it is that we are looking for from that thought. BECAUSE it may not mean that you have to do the thing you keep saying you HAVE to do, it could be about finding a new way to get the the outcome you desire without depriving yourself and thinking there is only one way to accomplish the task.
