Carol the Coach interviews  Ryan Sallans who transitioned from female to male in 2005. Ryan has made it his mission to help others understand why someone would need to undergo all the emotional, physical and spiritual changes to be authentic. He also talks about the shame and guilt he felt during his childhood, youth, and young adulthood until he was able to actualize his life. A small percentage of sex addicts have a desire to act out with transgendered prostitutes and I wanted to give "being transgendered" a face and a voice so that sex addicts would be able to look at their preferences in a different way.
