Today, we are joined by Dr. Shannon Taylor from the University of Central Florida. He, along with three of his coauthors (Lauren Locklear, Donald Kluemper, Xinxin Lu), had a paper titled, “Beyond Targets and Instigators: Examining Workplace Incivility in Dyads and the Moderating Role of Perceived Incivility Norms”, recently published in the Journal of Applied Psychology.
