Aimee talks to Chelli Wolford on The Cure about the success and the difficulties women leaders go through.

Chelli is the founder of Bloom, the first co-working space for women in Las Vegas. She has thrived in male dominated industries, including the wireless industry and music entertainment management business, where she continues to play a strategic role in international superstar Pitbull’s brand, partnership, and organizational strategy. Her success did not come without hardship.

Chelli experienced extreme sexual abuse at a young age at the hands of a family member and then again while a student at the U.S. Naval Academy. Never one to let obstacles deter her from her vision for success, she persevered and ultimately became one of the most successful women in business.
