We are joined by Lizzy Lugo the co-founder of Undocuclubhouse - the Dream Network. This is a story of navigating the health system as an undocumented person. Lizzy talks about being hard of hearing and the impact all her doctors and nurses had on her. Lizzy Lugo is on her way to applying to medical school and achieving her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. She gives many tips on how she has prepared for this journey. This episode shares a story of navigating a world feeling disconnected from our roots but eager to move forward in this country.
