My name is Helene Clabecq and I am your host :)

I am intrigued by success stories and topics that touch on spirituality, mental health, and personal development.

For the last 6 years, I have been on a quest to study the specific awakening moments that get people to step our of programming and conditioning to reinvent themselves.

My podcast consists of both solo episodes where I tell you about my latest adventures as I put myself through the test of different transformative experiences;

& Interviews where I sit down with those who study the concept of mind control within different industries. Along with what I call the new generation of leaders and influencers: those who pave their own ways.

we will discuss the shifts that allowed them to act bold & creatively to let their true selves come out.

Now more about me. 

I am a French hometown girl who has studied human behavior through marketing, psychology and countless interactions and interviews of strangers around the world.

I reached a point, you know the classic story, where I had ticked all the boxes and felt dead inside, though I was seeking to taste life. But in order to do that I had to discover who I really was. 

As began this quest, which isn’t over, all sorts of so called traumas and blockages  came to my consciousness, that had been holding me back from fully showing up as myself.

Bit by bit, started Following bliss: which is go on adventures, travel, explore, capture meaningful conversations and interactions, among other things.

And I want to share that because I noticed those raw conversations are usually slipped under the rug. And they can heal. 

SO Come along for the ride
