This meditation accompanies the series 'hands, bellies, and bones' I've been hosting on inherited trauma, or to serve as a tool to delve into trauma work for those who couldn't make the classes! 

Where there is trauma and disconnection, there is also always wisdom, and untapped gifts. This meditation explores the hands as being tied to work, talent, purpose, burden, love, care, and dreaming & creation.
