Hello and Welcome to Unearthing Wellbeing with me Ask Elizabeth, Where Our Greatest Wealth Is Health.
These episodes were recorded shortly after COVID-19 lockdown eased in Melbourne, thus, the discussions surrounding the whirlwind experience, Christmas and 2020 in general were in mention.
I was very fortunate to have The Hormone Revolutionist Nat Kringoudis as a guest. I was first introduced to when she was an expert guest, in a program I am in. She really blew my mind and I had so many “uh uh” moments which I will touch on during the episode.
Nat has a myriad of roles including being a Qualified Health Care Practitioner; Doctor of Chinese Medicine; Health Practitioner; Author; Podcaster; Speaker and Natural Fertility Expert, striving to continuously help women. As you can imagine she is so insightful and passionate about her area of expertise and is always willing to help others. She is so down to earth and it was a pleasure to have her on. I am sure you will find her relatable and enjoy how low key cool she is! PLUS learn something new!!
I hope you laughed out loud with us and if you want to smell this candle that ‘does not smell like vagina’ you can purchase it from here.
For those of you who do not want to buy the four ingredients that I mentioned in the podcast (listen to learn) you can simply buy the mixture from the link here.
If you’re a bit confused about where to start when it comes to hormones follow the link here.
To find out what unfolded, tune into this week's episode.
Topics covered: period, endometriosis, vagina, stress, self-care, burnout.
