This episodes goes into being present in our daily lives and how going through it or as put into metaphorical words the 'tunnel' and finding that light at the end of the tunnel. 

That tunnel being an event and journey we go on when going through something life changing. A transition in life, healing, shadow work, whatever it may be, and how on the other end of that is a presence, a way of seeing life, and being a new version of self.
