Have you ever been party to unfair expectations? Maybe it was a parent or a coach or a friend who thought you didn't measure up to their standards in certain areas. It could be in sports, academics, relationships, etc. Unfair, unrealistic expectations can keep us bogged down in the emotional mire of the fray whether we're on the giving or receiving end of them.
