In this episode, we unpack the real differences between men’s and women’s friendships—and spoiler alert: we don’t all agree. Raechel is convinced that women go deeper, get more vulnerable, and truly see each other. Jenai thinks it has less to do with gender and more to do with personality. And Joel? Well… Joel eventually makes a point. Sort of.
We talk about the emotional labor women often carry in friendships, why guys can hang out for hours and never know each other’s last names, and whether men are missing out—or just doing friendship differently.
Expect laughs, light roasting, and just enough introspection to make you wonder about your own friendships.
🧠💬 Come for the stereotypes, stay for the surprising insights.

In this week’s Stupid Question Friday, we dive into the wonderfully annoying world of pet peeves. Raechel lists hers, Joel agrees with none of them, and somehow his biggest pet peeve… is Raechel. From misused phrases to loud chewing, no irritation is too small or too ridiculous for us to overanalyze. It’s a hilarious, relatable rant session that’ll have you nodding in agreement—or yelling at your speakers.
🎧 Tune in, laugh with (or at) us, and maybe even spot one of your own pet peeves in the wild.

You know that moment when you catch yourself saying, “Back in my day…” and immediately realize — oh no. We’ve become those people.
In this episode, we’re diving deep into the pull of nostalgia — why we tend to romanticize the past, whether it's mixtapes and landlines or the “simpler” days before adulthood hit full force. We talk about the comfort it brings, the trap it can become, and how it shapes the way we see the world now.
From childhood memories to teen trends that somehow feel sacred now, we unpack how time filters our experiences and makes even awkward moments feel golden. But we also ask — are we holding ourselves back by clinging too tightly to the good old days?
You’ll hear our usual tangents, some cringey but sweet personal stories, and a little encouragement to make right now feel like the good days too.
🎙️ Unfiltered and Undecided — where the thoughts are messy, but the laughs are guaranteed.

Is 6:30 p.m. too early to call it a night? What about 7:15, fully pajama’d, lights off, no regrets?
In this Stupid Question Friday episode, we’re tackling the very real, very cozy dilemma of bedtime — adult edition. We’re asking the hard-hitting questions: Is it self-care or social shutdown? Are we tired… or just avoiding people?
We laugh (a lot), share how our relationship with rest has changed over the years, and debate the difference between resting and numbing out. As always, we manage to get a little off topic — but still leave you with a thought or two to take into your own wind-down routine.

Ever catch yourself thinking, “Why does this always happen to me?” Yeah… same. In this episode, we’re talking about the shift from a victim mindset to a growth mindset — and why that change can make all the difference.
We share personal stories, honest reflections, and of course, go off on a few (entertaining) tangents. But at the core of it all? Learning how to stop spiraling and start stepping into your power.
We’ll leave you with a couple practical mindset shifts you can try today — and maybe a laugh or two along the way.

What’s something oddly specific you’re weirdly proud of? In this Stupid Question Friday episode, we’re talking about the random little things we treat like personal trophies — from flawless parallel parking to knowing the best place for fries at 2am.
It’s funny, but it gets deep too — because sometimes the things we brag about say more about how we want to be seen, or what we’ve had to prove.
So come laugh, reflect, and maybe even rethink the quirky badges you wear with pride.

We want to be minimalists. We really do. Clean counters, capsule wardrobes, one perfectly placed plant… sounds dreamy, right?
But then Target happens. And Hobby Lobby. And the 97 mugs in our cabinet that all “spark joy.”
In this episode, we dive into the tension between minimalism and maximalism—the Pinterest-worthy simplicity we crave and the cozy chaos we actually live in. It’s funny, a little too honest, and might just make you reorganize your junk drawer (or buy another throw pillow).
✨ Tune in for laughs, confessions, and the comforting truth that maybe... we’re just minimal-ish.

When Does Self-Care Turn Into Avoiding Responsibilities?
It’s Stupid Question Friday, and this week we’re peeling back the cucumber eye patches to ask the hard-hitting (or at least mildly inconvenient) question: When does self-care stop being healthy and start being just plain avoidance? 🛁➡️🧾
Is it still self-care if your laundry has achieved sentience? What about when your “mental health walk” suspiciously leads straight to Target… again? We’re talking about the fine line between caring for yourself and ghosting your to-do list—and yes, we’re stepping on our own toes with this one.
Join us as we laugh our way through real talk, personal confessions, and a whole lot of “same” moments. Whether you’re a self-care queen or a master avoider, there’s a seat for you at this wildly honest table.
🎧 Don’t forget to like, follow, and share this episode—because helping us grow is the easiest task you won’t want to avoid.

Burnout doesn't always come with sirens or dramatic symptoms – sometimes it just feels like weeks of running on empty while life keeps demanding more.
• Adulting is exhausting because we're essentially living two lives – work life and home life – with no integration
• Unlike in high school when we could skip a day, the stakes feel much higher as an adult with real responsibilities
• American culture's "go go go" mentality contributes significantly to our collective exhaustion
• The presence of technology and social media prevents our minds from ever fully decompressing
• Even during play and relaxation time, our minds constantly run through lists of what we "should" be doing
• Decision fatigue from constant choices all day leaves us mentally depleted by evening
• Four-day work weeks and better work/life balance exist in other countries, showing alternatives are possible
• Micro-breaks (even 5-10 minutes of silence) can help reset our mental state during overwhelming days
• Finding purpose in your work may reduce feelings of burnout by creating meaning in daily tasks
Finding a balance that works for you is essential – whether that means carving out quiet time, embracing hobbies that bring joy, or simply giving yourself permission to rest without guilt.

🎧 This episode is a total rewind! We put our teen daughters to the test with questions about the totally rad '80s and '90s—and let’s just say… they were shook. From floppy disks to phone cords, we find out just how much (or how little) they know about the analog days. Get ready to laugh, cringe, and yell “I feel so old!” at least once.
But wait for it… halfway through, the girls flip the script and we're the ones in the hot seat answering questions about their generation. You won't want to miss our hilarious (and slightly confused) responses.
🛼 Grab your scrunchies and hit play—this one’s a blast from the past with a Gen Z twist!
Don’t forget to subscribe, share, and leave a review—we promise not to make you rewind it. 😉
