Episode 1 - Am I the Problem?

Welcome to the first episode of Unfiltered. I'm your host, Emily Anderson, and the premise of this podcast is to build a community based off of vulnerability. This first episode is about an internship experience I had that was going really good at the beginning and ended horribly. The whole time I felt like I was the problem when in reality it was the company and its culture. I wrap up the episode with some reflection and what I learned from that experience.
