Let's keep it a buck, most companies are not in favor of Salary Transparency. If they were, then they wouldn't have waited for a Law to be passed. - That said...as of 11/1, the new Salary Transparency law is now active in NYC.
So far...I’m not seeing these ranges on the LinkedIn job posts…but I am seeing them on the company website though. Go on any company career page…search for a job that’s located in NYC…and you’ll see a range for the annual base salary.
