1. What would a perfect day of rest look like for you?
2. How do you find rest on a regular basis?
3. When you are exhausted, do you more often seek to find rest in Jesus, or try to numb yourself to the world around you?
4. What do you think a life of rest fueled service looks like? How could you take a step towards hat in the next week?

1. What are some things God made that you enjoy?
2. Who can you think of that we can serve this week? Pick something specific to do in order to serve that person.
