Af: Die sonsopkoms oor Kaapstad was pragtig.
En: The sunrise over Cape Town was beautiful.

Af: Annelise, Pieter en Jaco was opgewonde.
En: Annelise, Pieter, and Jaco were excited.

Af: Hulle het vir weke lank hierdie vakansie na die Moederstad beplan.
En: They had been planning this vacation to the Mother City for weeks.

En: They got into the car and drove to Table Mountain.
