Have you tried time blocking to help you be more productive? Me too. And no matter what I tried, it didn't work. My calendar would tell me what to do, and I'd completely ignore it. If that's your experience too, listen to this week's episode where I share what's working for me instead. Not so you can copy what I do, but to inspire you to let go of the struggle to make time blocking work, and find what works for you.

I was prompted to record this week's episode after two separate conversations where people told me their exciting ideas felt too self indulgent to pursue. When we think that way about the projects that light us up, we actively block our growth so let's unpack why that story is so common. After all, why shouldn't you indulge yourself in the things that bring you joy? Isn't that why you started your business in the first place?

I’ve been reflecting on my own journey as a solo business owner and how, despite achieving what I set out to achieve, I sometimes feel like I’m not doing enough. The pressure from the online business world to hit massive income goals can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to internalise that mindset. In this episode, I share my thoughts on finding fulfillment beyond what everyone else tells you success looks like, and recognising the impact you're making with your work.

There’s a lot of pressure on us as solo business owners to do it all, isn’t there? This week, I dive into the idea of dependence versus support. Often, we think needing help means weakness, especially when it comes to planning and decision-making. But in this week's episode I challenge that notion! Just as we wouldn’t hesitate to hire an accountant or a virtual assistant, why do we feel guilty about seeking support that helps us stay focused and productive?

In episode 146 of Unfrazzle I talked about the idea of being with what is. I challenged myself to focus only on the essentials in my business, and it wasn't all smooth sailing! In this week's episode I share what happened when I set an intention to stop striving, so I could enjoy a gentle, easeful summer. Join me for a sneak peek behind the curtain, and to find out what I learnt along the way.

You've got planning calls, maybe even some accountability built into your membership. So why isn't it working for everyone? In this episode I dig into why a one-size-fits-all approach to productivity falls flat for so many people, using a framework I use with my 1:1 clients to understand how they respond to expectations. I'll also share a bit of neuroscience that explains why your members can make a plan and still not follow through on it — and what that means for how you support them.
Make sure you're subscribed to Unfrazzle so you don't miss part 3, where I share a framework you can use to help your members take action.

You've built something brilliant. Your members love it, they show up, they consume the content... and then nothing changes for them. Sound familiar? In this episode I share why members struggle to implement what they're learning, even when your content is genuinely great. I'll also introduce a simple way of thinking about progress that I use with my own clients that could transform how your members engage with your membership.

In this episode, I’m talking about planning when you’re feeling depleted. If life or work has left you exhausted, your instinct might be to step away from planning entirely. I share how to approach planning gently and intentionally, focusing on what not to do, leaving space to recover, and giving yourself permission to let some things go. A thoughtful, low-pressure approach that actually supports your wellbeing.
