We like the internet but that didn't stop us from reviewing Unfriended: Dark Web in Episode 60 with special Guest, Angel! The guys and Angel may not claim this to be this year's best horror but the theme of how dark the internet can get definitely stands out. Oscar found this to be an improvement from the first movie and definitely managed to use the theme effectively. Angel enjoyed this movie despite not being scared but appreciated the story and the diverse cast. Donnie enjoyed the performance of the cast particularly of Colin Woodell who effectively showed emotions that helped build a connection and interest in the story. As a horror film, the movie is unable to shy away from many horror cliches but still manages to tell a story that keeps interest to the end. The theme of the dark web is one that definitely delivered as it gets you thinking about the reality of how dangerous the internet can be. Check out how this horror film stands with everyone's "Reel" score!
