For many people, and for many reasons, Christmas can be a season of great merry and cheer. Sometimes though, the holiday season can also end up amplifying current struggles.

Strained finances are further stressed by the thought of gifts and celebrations, conflicts amongst family and friends have no where to hide at holiday parties and dinners, and if you weren't already overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, chances are you just might be now.

Fortunately, the Christmas season is a celebration of a promise God made to all people, that he would bless us and be with us. And as we grow in understanding who Jesus is we see that he also brings us hope and joy in the midst of our struggles.
