In this week’s episode, we have Naib Mian (@naibmian), a Multimedia/Interactives Researcher and Producer at The New Yorker, and a member of the New Yorker Union's (@newyorkerunion) Bargaining Committee. Earlier this summer, in June, their union averted a strike and successfully negotiated several key terms, including a salary floor of $60,000 and annual raises, after 2.5 years of back and forth.
