Unique Ability - What the Rubric Can't See (educators)

Your rubric measures whether a student met the standard. It does not measure whether they came alive meeting it. This episode breaks down why meaning in learning requires a specific structural condition - one most classrooms are never designed to create. Let's talk about unique ability.
