This covert biological and chemical warfare research and development unit of the Imperial Japanese Army performed human experimentation and tested biological weapons on unsuspecting Chinese citizens during the 1930's and 1940's. They hid in plain sight, kidnapped Chinese men, women, and children in the dead of night, and literally got away with mass murder - all under the guise of being "in the name of science".
