United Airlines was getting some Twitter hate after they wouldn't let a passenger sit in an upgraded seat for free and they clapped back soooo beautifully.

Thomas Cook Airlines collapsed this week and now it's wreaking havoc all across the UK but on one flight, passengers collected £5000 for the flight crew after they announced the overall collapse.
