Naomi Sheppard joins the boys this week and what a phenomenal rise through the powerlifting ranks!

Debuting onto the scene with a 327.5kg total in 2015, Naomi has hit a 587.5kg total at the BPU Manchester Qualifier in May 2021.

Married to fellow lifter @phoenixperformancetraining and coached by @christian.thibaudeau.thibarmy, we've not yet seen Naomi's best!
