Here is an incredible podcast with Santiago from London. We talked about American and English current Events (from second amendment rights to crime in London). It was interesting listening to him talk about his security company and how they are leading the way in helping create solutions using 21st century technology.

He also shared with me about his trip across the Southern United States, and his experiences with Cajun foods and people. He also shares with me about his love of Mexico, and of course the famous Bangers and Mash from the U.K.

Santiago has also been a great mentor for me when it comes to starting my mushroom and microgreens business and I hope you also enjoy listening to some of his knowledge and genius.
