United Way Suncoast is evolving, and CEO Jessica Muroff said the organization is renewing its focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Muroff believes honesty will allow the United Way to better serve the community. She had A Frank Conversation about how the accountability starts with her: “I personally, for me understand my privilege, and the success and stability that I have for my family. That only galvanizes me even more to support others in our community. This is what I was born and created to do.”
