We become powerful the moment we connect with ourselves and then others. If you look out in the world today, you might see the opposite happening. Lisa and I believe this is a real problem, and our solution is to connect with ourselves first and then make a conscious effort to connect with others. When fear and division rule our minds, disempowerment will soon follow.
